Studies in Girlhood
The first edition of this minicomic was produced for the Chicago Alternative Comics Expo, CAKE, in 2024. The second printing was made for ICAF, the International Comics Art Forum in 2025 in San Diego, to go with an academic paper on Transmasculine Girlhood I wrote for an upcoming book collection called 'Norm-critical Perspectives in Comics’, edited by Robert Aman and Lars Wallner of Linköping University.
However, there is so much more to say on this topic that I may add to this narrative in the future! For now, please enjoy. Printed copies come on lilac paper in large format and are smothered in pink glitter.
